Crazy Petals – My Sew Quilty Life
FPP Pattern
Do you love FPP (Foundation Paper Piecing)? Then you are going to love my first FPP pattern, Crazy Petals! This pattern can be sewn in many different ways, but the layout shows how fabric placement can create adorable flower petals that flow across the quilt. Appliqué or stitch the flower centers and you will have a beautiful floral quilt. Want a more scrappy look? Get creative with your fabric placement and you will have a true, fun, scrappy quilt. This quilt finishes at 60” x 60”.
Created using the Pastel Prairie fabric collection by Heather Briggs, this design is fat-quarter friendly, and the pattern includes cutting instructions for your fabric pieces before assembling to the paper. Two templates are included in the pattern — you will need to photocopy the templates before using. 6” finished blocks.
