Please see my Order Changes, Shipping, and Return Policy below. This page may be updated frequently, so check back often if you have a question regarding order changes, shipping, or returns/exchanges.


Order Changes

In most cases, My Sew Quilty Life will not make changes to your order. Changes to your shipping address will be the only changes My Sew Quilty Life will permit. Contact within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make an adjustment to your shipping address. 


My Sew Quilty Life will not be able to add on other items to your order after your order has been placed. You must place a separate order for the remaining items you forgot to order.


If you forgot to add a coupon code, My Sew Quilty Life will not be able to apply the coupon code after checkout. The coupon code must be used at time of checkout. 

Return Policy:

All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email with photos within 10 days of receiving the damaged item to, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Block of the Month Subscriptions:

No BOM subscriptions or BOM preorders will be refunded after purchase. 


Digital Downloads:

All digital downloads are final. If you ordered an incorrect digital item My Sew Quilty Life will not issue a refund. Make sure you have the correct item and quantity in your cart before checking out. 


T Shirts/Hoodies:
Please ensure that your size is correct by reviewing the sizing and garment description in the listing as these made to order items are non-refundable.

Important: There is a special pretreatment used in the printing process, do not worry if your new shirt has a foul scent or any discoloration. Your item will be fresh after first wash. Your printed tee is created with water based and eco-friendly inks.
Please read the item listing descriptions on how to care for your DTG printed item.

Paper Items:

All paper items, including paper quilt patterns, stationery, and stickers are non-refundable after the items have shipped. 

Shipping Policy:

Always double check your address prior to checkout. If you checkout by autofilling your address, check that it is correct. Shipping to an incorrect address will result in a returned order and your item will need to be reshipped to you. This results in a second shipping charge to you. There will be no expectations.


Some items ordered from My Sew Quilty Life are custom printed just for you and are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.  Your order might ship in more than one package, so you may receive multiple shipment notifications. I have no control over the shipping materials and cannot ensure an item will arrive undamaged. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email with photos within 10 days of receiving the damaged item to, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Once an item is shipped out it is out of my hands/control and I cannot guarantee arrival by any specific dates.

Items ship within 5 days of receiving your order.

Not all items will have tracking. Most quilt patterns ship First Class Mail in a large flat rate envelope. There is no tracking on these items. If you would like shipping on these items, please contact us to pay for additional shipping. 


Order Cancellations:
My Sew Quilty Life reserves the right to cancel and refund any order. Reasons could include (but not limited to) inventory or pricing discrepancy, no response from customer when attempting to reach for shipping/address updates, placing a preorder with ready to ship items, etc. You may not be notified if your order has been canceled.


No price matching other shops. All prices are set. 

No expired coupons will be applied to orders after the expiration date.

No rainchecks on special pricing.
