My Big Secret - AccuQuilt Go!Me Bloom Bundle

Updated: Sep 7, 2023

I've Been Keeping A Secret:

I have been keeping a little secret! Ok, maybe a BIG secret. Some feedback I constantly hear about my patterns is that you all love them, BUT they have SO MANY pieces to cut out. Not only is it time consuming, but also cutting all those pieces are hard on your back and hands, becomes a safety risk, and can reduce accuracy of your pieces. We’re only human right? I bet you have thought that when making my patterns. Even I feel the same way sometimes. When I receive any kind of feedback I always try to evaluate it and see if its something that will improve my designs and the experience for the maker, while still achieving the look I’m going for. I want you to LOVE making my patterns, not struggle through them, or put me on the “Never Make Again” List. Oh come on, we all have that list! Now, I’m not saying that I will design my patterns with less pieces, one day maybe, but you know how I adore detail, I’m saying I think we can meet in the middle at a happy place. I like happy places!

Surprise! For the next few months I have teamed up with AccuQuilt!!! AccuQuilt has graciously let me curate a bundle specifically for you to get and try out, at deep discount. Guys, this is amazing!!! I know many of you are over the moon about this. I know I am. I don’t typically talk about products, unless I know they will truly bring value to you. I’m just not that type of person. I have had many of you request this, so I’m going to deliver!

Never heard of AccuQuilt or have been on the fence to try it? No worries, I got you covered. AccuQuilt is an amazing company that created the product we all need. The fabric-cutter! It uses dies that can cut up to 6 layers of fabric at a time to make the cutting process easy breezy. The dies come in many different shapes and sizes to fit your quilty needs. I personally have been dying (no pun intended) to try it out, but I just didn’t know what I needed to get started and was nervous about making the investment. For the next few months I will be trying out the AccuQuilt and giving you my honest opinion about the machine, my process, as well as creating some fun new patterns that are compatible with the AccuQuilt dies in the bundle I have curated. This is HUGE!! I am using the shapes from the bundle to create new beautiful patterns and I am having so much fun. I have already created so many new designs and I have loved working within parameters. Normally when I design new quilts, I have the freedom to use any shape, and size, etc. Which can get me in trouble sometimes. This usually creates more variety of pieces, which means more cutting! Because I am designing my new quilts with the dies in mind, I have to think harder of ways to get the look I’m going for using just a few pieces. It’s a challenge, but a challenge I accept!

My whole goal with creating new quilt designs is to open up the world of possibilities. There are so many blocks you can make using the bundle I have curated, but I wanted to show you that you could do even more. I love to get more for my money! Here are a few mockups of the designs I have created so far. I just need to figure out which one to make first. That’s going to be the hard part! You can now make my patterns, but have the ease of cutting. Thanks to AccuQuilt!

The colors in the mockups are just placeholders and do not represent the final fabric colors.

Let me know in the comments below which one is your favorite!

FAQs:

1. The discount is only on the entire Bloom bundle. You cannot mix and match or buy a partial bundle. I’m sorry, but if you already own a machine, I do not have a discount on just the die sets at this time.

2. The patterns I design will be available to purchase on my website. You do not have to buy the bundle, if you already own the cutter and dies.

3. I will be designing patterns that also use other AccuQuilt dies, in the future.

4. The bundle will only be available until September 2023.
