I LOVE all floral quilts.
I collect vintage floral quilts.
I love the color pink. Although green and yellow are close seconds.
I started quilting in 2017.
My first quilt was an EPP Grandmother's Flower Garden.
I started designing quilt patterns in 2020.
I started designing fabrics for Moda in 2022.
My first fabric collection, Flower Girl, debuted September 2023.
I love sampler style quilts.
I LOVE hosting BOMs and QALs.
I’m starting to love star quilts again now that I don’t cut off my points. 😄

Are you a new quilter?
Oh, it feels like yesterday when I was diving into the wonderful world of quilting. There is so much to learn, but it is so fun! The quilt community is a wonderful place to be. There are so many amazing kindhearted quilters that are eager to help you. I wanted to add this section to help you find a starting place. I included some of my favorite Facebook groups, patterns, and quilting notions for new quilters to get you started. Now, I must warn you. Soon, like all of us, you will be bitten by the quilt bug and you won't be able to stop. Quilting is addictive, so you have my permission to start a new project before you finish another one, stay up really late quilting the night away, and buy all the fabric, patterns, and notions your heart desires. Enjoy this new hobby, and welcome to the quilting community.
Simple products to get you started:
Above are the products I use and love. They are the perfect beginner product. You will also need a sewing machine. I use the Juki 2000qi. It's perfect for beginners because it's only a straight stitch machine. You will also need an ironing board and iron. I only use cheap irons that I can purchase at Walmart/Target, but there are several quilting irons available.
